Job Description

The Accounts Payable & Billing Specialist is responsible for running accounts payables, balancing cash, insurance verifications, deposits, resident billing, EFT deductions, and greeting and directing visitors.  

Job Requirements / Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong verbal and writing skills
  • Experience with accounts payable, ACH, EFT, and Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Ability to multi-task


Monday – Friday
